How do I use the Augmented Reality Tool?
Load my website onto your mobile or tablet which has a camera on the back.
Choose the print that you are interested in and select the media, size, style and frame. Click on the Augmented Reality button and stand ten feet away from the wall. You will be prompted to allow the website to use your camera, choose 'allow'. On your phone or tablet, you will now see your selected print superimposed on the wall. You can move the print around the wall and change the size of the print.
Once you are happy with the position and size of your print on the wall, take a screenshot. You now have a photo that you can review and share.
How can I be sure that I will be happy with the size of the print that I am ordering?
For more accurate sizing on the wall choose the desired size from the list, cut out the size in cardboard or paper, and place the template on the wall in the desired location.
Use the Augmented Reality Tool to move backwards and forwards, positioning the print to fit inside the template, then take a screenshot.
When buying a framed print, you can see how it looks on the wall as follows. Position the print on the wall using the Augmented Reality tool, ensuring that the frame sits outside the template area, then take a screenshot. You can now see what the framed print will look on the wall.
I don't see the print media I'm looking for?
Please contact me to let me know which media you are looking for, if I can offer the print media you are looking for, I will make it available to you.
I don't see the dimensions I'm looking for offered as a print?
Please contact me to let me know the artwork and the size that you are looking for. The original artwork size and the image quality of the full-size scan will determine possible print sizes. If your request falls within these parameters, I may be able to make the print available to you.
Some pieces can be purchased as separate panels, making the overall dimensions larger. Please contact me if you are interested in a multi-panel piece.
What is your shipping Policy?
Your print will be shipped by the Art Print Shop that I am affiliated with. Shipping rates will be applied and calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
International Shipping. If you live outside of the USA, please select the 'International Shipping' option at the checkout. Shipping times range from 3-10 business days to your country.
Please note that if you are shipping outside of the USA, your country may charge import duties, taxes and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery. Customs policies vary widely, so you should contact your local customs office for more information.
e-Gift Certificate terms and conditions e-Gift Certificate
1. A unique digital code will be sent to you via email. You can forward this email to your recipient or print it out and wrap it up for them.
2. e-Gift Certificates can be used to buy any item in my store, including sale items.
3. There is no expiration date.
4. Only one e-Gift Certificate code can be used per order.
5. The e-Gift Certificate code can be used on multiple orders until the e-Gift Certificate amount has been redeemed in full.
6. e-Gift Certificates cannot be purchased using discount codes.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Prints are sent by my fulfilment partner in the US. They do their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. In the rare event of a damaged print or print quality issue, please follow the instructions below.
If your prints arrive damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging before opening it. If the print is damaged, please take photographs of the damaged print and save the damaged packaging. This will cover us all for insurance purposes. Please contact info@amandacrehan.com with your order number for further instructions.
